ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Quality Administrator to join our established Quality team.


As Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the college policies, processes and supporting documents so these are accessible, standardised, controlled and up to date. You will work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to administer a range of documents within the college SharePoint site to meet the requirements of the quality cycle to include Assessment Schedules, Departmental Performance Review, IQA Strategies, Assessment Boards and Grade Reporting.

 

A large part of this role is working effectively with others in the College as where relevant, you will work with a range of departments including Data Services, Digital Services, Admissions and Recruitment and curriculum departments/staff where needed to support the administration of the quality team to meet deadlines.


The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, as well as 5 GCSE’s including Math's and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent. Previous administrative experience is essential.


You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team as well as the wider College. To thrive in this role, you must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in the administration of SharePoint sites, Excel, OneNote. Possessing experience of using bespoke databases is considered advantageous.
