ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have passion, drive, and enthusiasm for sharing your Motor Vehicle knowledge, developing skills in others, helping them realise their potential? If you are an experienced Motor Vehicle Professional with a gift for assessing, mentoring and coaching others, or if looking for a new rewarding challenge.


As an Assessor you will be visiting apprentices in the workplace or remotely via Microsoft Teams, carrying out reviews of progress and supporting Apprentices to End Point Assessment.


You will have a sound work record in the industry and be able to support Apprentices with the latest sector legislation and practice.


Owing to the continued planned development our offer in the future, the ideal candidate will have the ability to support Apprentices on the following standards and will be an integral part of the development of Motor Vehicle.


It is essential that you hold a Level 3 or equivalent vocational professional qualification and substantial work experience in the sector.


Ideally, you will possess assessor/verifier qualifications; however this is not essential as full training and development can be provided.
