ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about helping young people reach their goals and achieve their full potential? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Admissions Leader to join our team at Lakes College.
As part of the role, you will manage the day-to-day work around the admissions process; ensuring that customer service and quality measures are met.
You will be responsible for CEIAG in onboarding for all our customers, to ensure that their career aspirations are explored and aligned to the correct course. As well as developing strong relationships with feeder schools to provide a high level of information, course guidance and assist with the application journey.
Throughout the learner journey, you will ensure the quality of communications with our customers are accurate and standardised and will ensure the office always maintains a high level of customer service, through face to face, telephone and written communications.
The successful candidate will possess a Level 4 NVQ in Careers Advice and Guidance or Careers information or related subject; as well as 5 GCSE’s (including Maths & English). You will have strong administrative skills & previous experience in a customer service role.
