ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will work within a small, busy HR team, reporting to the Head of HR.

 

You provide a professional and customer focused service covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle including supporting Line Managers on general queries including new starters, leavers, recruitment, training and development, absence, payroll and invoicing.

 

A key part of this role is being responsible for HR Key Performance Information including collecting, analysing, and reporting this information.


You should be qualified up to Level 3 in HR, Business, or a related subject, have previous experience within a HR or administrative setting and be competent user of MS Office including excel for data entry with the ability to manipulate data into a presentable format.
